Meet Saher

Certified Holistic Psychological Counselor

Saher is an accomplished art therapist. Art Therapy is a creative process in psychotherapy which uses a holistic approach towards wellness and healing

In a career spanning over 16 years, Saher has conducted individual, family and group therapy sessions with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional difficulties in different settings.

Her orientation as a counselor is towards Gestalt Therapy. “Gestalt”, the German word for “wholeness” is perceived as greater than the sum of its parts. It also refers to awareness of the here and now. 

Art for her is like that where one does not have to worry about being perfect but paint for the experience of gestalt.
